REPAIRS

Items returned for repair will not be accepted unless a Returned Goods Authorization (RGA) form has been received prior to shipment. Please visit www.meritsaw.com/forms to download an RGA.

Once received, items should be carefully packaged and accompanied by a packing slip with the following information:

  • Your company name, address, phone, and email

  • List of items for repair

  • Returned Goods Authorization

  • Original invoice (warranty only) 

RETURNS/EXCHANGES

Equipment

All floor saws, power units, and kits are custom built to order and therefore may not be returned or exchanged.

Parts

All sales are final on perishable parts (i.e., bearings, gears, filters, and wheels). Non-perishable parts may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase and are subject to a 20% restocking fee. To receive a refund or exchange, returned items must be accompanied by a packing slip with the following information (no exceptions):

  • Returned Goods Authorization

  • List of items returned

  • Reason(s) for return/exchange

  • Copy of original invoice(s)
